Be part of something special

From 9,000 visitors in its first year in 2022 to an incredible 27,000+ in 2025, the Fayre has grown far beyond what any of us first imagined. It has truly put Wandsworth Bridge Road on the map, for local residents who say “I never realised there was so much on the road,” and for visitors from across London discovering this brilliant high street for the first (and very often not the last) time.

Many businesses on the road tell us it’s their best business day of the year and a unique opportunity to welcome thousands of new customers who go on to become loyal regulars.

As Chris Brittan, owner of Carbon Kopi said:

“The Spring Fayre is our biggest trading day of the year. So giving a small contribution to make sure it happens is a no brainer for us!”

However, the public funding that helped launch the Fayre has now come to an end, while the costs of delivering a safe, high-quality & free event have risen significantly. To continue, the Fayre now needs to be supported directly by the community that benefits from it and values it.

We want to be completely honest.

To make this much-loved day happen again, we need to raise £50,000 this year. We are reaching out because we hope that those who enjoy, benefit from, and care about the Fayre and the success of this high street will be willing to help in whatever way they can.

We’re inviting every WBR business to be part of the Spring Fayre Fund for 2026. Some are contributing the minimum of £100, but most are giving more, to become an official ‘Friend of the Fayre’, to ensure we can cover essential costs; road closures, safety, music, and promotion, to deliver another unforgettable day for the whole community..

Your contribution, large or small, helps ensure the Wandsworth Bridge Road Spring Fayre can continue to be a celebration of our community for years to come.
