SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AT THE WANDSWORTH BRIDGE ROAD SPRING FAYRE 2024
For 2 years in a row the Wandsworth Bridge Road Association has delivered the full road-closure Spring Fayre on the beautiful tree-lined Wandsworth Bridge Road in West London.
For one day a year the road belonged to people, local restaurants and shops. The community came out and were joined by 100+ market stalls & food vendors. The 1st Spring Fayre in 2022 attracted over 10,000 people, and last year the official footfall figures from LBHF showed over 14,000 people came to the area!
Visitors sampled cuisine from around the world, choose gifts for loved ones (and themselves) and enjoyed drinks from numerous local businesses.
There was a full agenda of activities too. Live Music on a two stages, Maypole dancing, a Buskers area and Funfair games.
Behind a white picket fence a Children’s Activities area had football, yoga, party games and dancing for the little ones! And the Funfair Rides were packed with countless giggling children!
Visitors enjoyed the art exhibition on Fulham Past:Fulham Future, there were free lessons on Lime and Dott bikes and scooters as well as a pop-up bike repair shops. It was a packed event!

The Fayre costs a considerable amount of money to put on; Stall hire, Stage & Sound hire, Power supplies, Security, Event insurance, Advertising, First Aid, Funfair stalls, Children’s Activity area, Maypole hire, Seating, Rubbish, etc, etc, etc! LBHF are providing support in kind for the Fayre – eg. Cost of road closures – but can only provide very limited funding for the Fayre itself.
The Wandsworth Bridge Road Association is a volunteer run local community group and we run this event strictly as non-profit. All monies are ring-fenced for the Fayre.
The overall aim of the Fayre is to help support the many local and small businesses on Wandsworth Bridge Road and surrounding areas and to showcase just how beautiful the Wandsworth Bridge Road is!
Your contribution as a sponsor helps us deliver the best event possible and in return we help promote your brand.
The marketing of the event is extensive and London-wide. Last year visitors came from as far as Ealing and Richmond as well as of course locally in Fulham, Hammersmith, Wandsworth, Battersea & Chelsea.

We have several sponsorship levels available:
Main Event Sponsor
- From £20,000
- As the Main Event Sponsor your name will appear along with the title of the event on all marketing materials, graphics and branding for the event.
- This includes but is not limited to:
- • All Banners, posters and printed materials
- • On all event webpages on our website
- • All social media posts and ads
- • The Press Release and press interviews
- • Signage on the day
- Your Branding will be equal to LBHF and WBRA logos.
- We of course will work closely with you to create a bespoke package in line with the ethos of both of our organisations.

PARTNER Sponsor
- From £3,000
- Number available: 1 remaining
- Our three Partner Sponsors will be central on all our promotional and marketing material distributed across West London – Banners, Social Media ads, London press, Flyers, Events listings. They will also feature on the two end entrance points of the Fayre on the day.
- Official Partner Sponsors will also have the opportunity to link their Corporate branding to a specific area of the Fayre (e.g. the Stage, Maypole, Funfair stalls).
- What you get / what we provide:
- We will print your logo / branding on the Banners , posters and flyers that will be displayed and distributed in the southwest local area.
- • Banners will appear along the WBR, in the local parks and at other key locations where we have permission.
- • Posters will be displayed extensively in shops, cafes, on lamp columns, in parks, railings, etc.
- • Flyers (approx 20K) will be distributed throughout Fulham, north Wandsworth, west Chelsea and parts of Battersea.
- • Display of your branding on one of the major attractions at the Fayre: For example Funfair Stalls, Children’s Activity Area, Performance Stages (already sponsored).
- • Displays at the event: we will also produce displays for the day showing all our Partner, Supporters and Friends, with the Partner logos in the most prominent position.
- • Listed on the online Spring Fayre guide on our website.
- We will produce all the artwork but we will require your logo / branding to be supplied by you in high resolution files.
- Deadline 1st April to be included in artwork.
SUPPORTER
- From £1,000
- Sponsor a specific item at the Fayre. We have several to choose from!
- How it works: We will provide you with the ‘item’ (listed below) for you to display your own branding on as you wish.
- You will need to produce and provide the branding (for example your banners, bunting, posters, flyers, menus, etc) and we will display them on the item/s on the day.
- Items Available:
- (TAKEN: Main Music Stages 2x larger raised stages hosting live music acts, from large bands, Jazz sets, Brass Bands Ect. Opportunity to display your own banners on the Stages themselves.)
- (TAKEN: Rock Climbing Wall: Fun activity for children.)
- • Busking Music Pods: 2x small raised pods for single singer/songwriters acts.
- • Funfair Stalls: 4x ever-popular funfair stalls plus ‘Striker’ which attracted queues at last year’s event. Your branding above / below on each stall / attraction. See photos below.
- • Children’s Activity area: tucked behind a white picket fence and lined with soft astro-turf the children’s play area is central to the Fayre. A full day of activities is offered to families from football to yoga, dance to games. The sponsor of the play area will be able to have their branded banners around the picket fence as well as feature in our supporters promotional package (see below).
- • Picnic benches – Wooden picnic benches spread throughout the length of the road for friends to enjoy drinks and food purchased in the many many food outlets, whilst listening to live music or watching the little ones dance round the Maypole or participate in a children’s activity. The sponsor of the picnic benches will be able to fix laminated promotional material (like menus, flyers, etc) onto each of the benches as well as feature in our supporters promotional package (see below).
- • Maypole – This was hugely popular last year! Sessions run by a professional Maypole leader and accompanied by a live fiddle player Your branding can be displayed on the perimeter surrounding the Maypole.
- • Hay bales – to complete the look and special feel of this Spring Fayre, these will be dotted around the length of the road and especially near each of the activities; the stages, Maypole, children’s activities area and funfair stalls. The sponsor of the hay-bales will be able to personalise them with their logo, bunting, covers etc as well as feature in our supporter’s promotional package (see below).

- What you get / What we provide:
- • We will provide the specific item ready for your own branding item (banner, flyers, posters, bunting, etc). You will produce and provide your own marketing materials and we will affix it to the specific item on the day.
- • Displays at the event – all of our supporters will feature on attractive “Thank you for your support” branding throughout the Fayre. All supporters will also be part of our Social Media initiatives before, during and after the event.

FRIENDS OF THE FAYRE
- From £350
- Our ‘Friends of the Fayre’ supporters, with donations starting at £350, will be part of our promotional package on the day.
- What you get / What we provide:
- • Displays at the event – all our supporters will feature on attractive “Thank you for your support” branding throughout the Fayre. All supporters will also be part of our Social Media initiatives before, during and after the event.
- • Listed on the online Spring Fayre guide on our website.
- We will produce all the artwork but we will require your logo / branding to be supplied by you in high resolution files.
